The HumanAIze Workforce division reported that its platform now supports over 200 active collaboration pairs — human operators working alongside AI agents in structured operational roles. The model, which Dinergy describes as "augmented operations," assigns AI agents as decision-support partners to human operators across energy trading, grid monitoring, and maintenance scheduling.

Each collaboration pair consists of a human operator with domain expertise and an AI agent trained on the specific operational context of that operator's role. The AI agent provides real-time data analysis, pattern recognition, and recommendation generation, while the human operator retains full decision-making authority.

"We don't replace humans with AI," the workforce lead explained. "We pair them. The human brings judgment, experience, and accountability. The AI brings speed, pattern recognition, and tireless attention to data. Together, they're more effective than either could be alone."

The platform tracks the performance of each collaboration pair, measuring metrics such as decision quality, response time, and operational outcomes. This data feeds back into the RONOR platform, where it is used to continuously improve the AI agents' recommendations and to identify best practices that can be shared across the organization.

The milestone of 200 active pairs represents a significant scaling of the program, which began with just 12 pilot pairs less than a year ago. The rapid growth reflects both the effectiveness of the model and the growing comfort that human operators have with their AI partners.
